AGREEMENT: WRITER KEEPS PUBLISHING
CONTRACT BULLET POINTS:
Viral Songs: If a song is deemed viral, Song House will create and distribute a master recording worldwide. Song House will own 100% of the master.
Writer Royalty: Writers will not receive royalties from the master but will retain their share of publishing rights.
Royalties: Artists receive a royalty as specified in the current Song House split breakdown. Song House will recoup producer fee first and then splits will be applied.
Underlying Compositions: Writers maintain ownership and publishing rights of all compositions created at the Camp. Songs that don’t go viral that are finished outside of Song House will be co-published with Song House.
Other Content Created at Camp: The Company owns any and all social media content created during the Camp.
Name and Likeness Release: Writers and artists authorize the Company to use their likeness and identity for Camp promotion.
