Song House Camps
An immersive songwriting experience in Nashville. All ages. All skill levels. One rule: be honest.
Get Notified About Future CampsSong House is a songwriting community rooted in radical authenticity. We do not teach formulas. We do not chase trends. We teach you how to dig into your own story, pull out the truth, and turn it into a song that actually matters.
Every camp is built around the Song House method: real songs from real stories, written and recorded in real time. You will co-write with other artists, get honest feedback from mentors, and walk away with finished music you are proud of.
Whether you have been writing for twenty years or you have never finished a single song, there is a place for you here. The only thing we ask is that you show up willing to be honest.
The Song House method is built on story first writing. You will learn how to find the song hiding inside your own experience and get it out in a way that connects.
You will participate in live songwriting sessions, co-writing with other campers and Song House mentors. Songs are recorded on site so you leave with real music.
Tyler Ward and the Song House team bring decades of experience in songwriting, production, and artist development. You get direct access to all of it.
No sugarcoating. No fluff. You will get honest feedback in a safe environment built on encouragement and truth. That is how growth actually happens.
We are at the forefront of blending AI tools with authentic human creativity. You will see how technology can accelerate your process without replacing your voice.
Song House is not a one time event. The artists you meet at camp become collaborators, co-writers, and friends. Many come back season after season.
Every camp doubles as an audition. If you have what it takes, camp is your first step onto the Song House roster.
Sign up for a Newbie Camp. Spend Saturday writing, recording, and learning the Song House method alongside other artists and mentors.
Roughly 20% of campers are invited to return for Newbie Day on Sunday. This is your chance to go deeper, write more, and show what you are really made of.
Artists who make it through Newbie Day may be invited onto the Song House roster. That means ongoing sessions, releases, mentorship, and a creative home.
Tyler Ward is an independent singer songwriter, producer, and the founder of Song House. With over two billion combined streams, collaborations with Jason Derulo, The Beach Boys, and Lindsey Stirling, and features on NBC, Kelly Clarkson, and Ellen, Tyler has spent more than fifteen years proving that independent artists can build real careers without giving up ownership of their music. Song House is the place where he pours everything he has learned into the next generation of honest songwriters.
