How do I sign in?
Open the app and tap Log in. Use Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email and password. Forgot the password? Tap Forgot your password on the sign in screen and we email you a link.
How do I become a member?
Membership is handled at songhouse.com in your browser. Once you are a member, sign in to the app with the same account and every room is open.
How do I report a post, comment, or member?
Tap the ⋯ next to a post, the Report link under a comment, or the ⋯ on a member's page or in a chat. A real person on the team reviews every report within 24 hours.
How do I block someone?
From the same ⋯ menu, tap Block. You stop seeing each other's posts, comments, and messages. Unblock from their page any time.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete my account. It works in the app and on the website, and it ends any running membership in the same step.
How do I cancel my membership?
On songhouse.com, open Profile and tap I would like to cancel my membership. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Notifications are not coming through.
On your iPhone open Settings, then Notifications, then Song House, and turn Allow Notifications on. In the app, Profile has the switches for what you hear about.
