Song House
Terms and House Rules
Last updated September 28, 2026
Song House is a members community for artists and songwriters, run by Ward Collective, LLC, doing business as Song House, in Nashville, Tennessee. By creating an account on songhouse.com or in the Song House app you agree to these terms and to the house rules below.
The house rules
This is a room where people bring their truest stories. Treat it that way.
Zero tolerance. There is no place here for harassment, bullying, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, scams, impersonation, or anything illegal. Posts, comments, messages, and profiles that break these rules are removed, and members who break them are removed from Song House, without a warning when it is serious.
Give honest feedback with kindness. Critique the song, never the person. Share only work and media you have the right to share. Keep other members' private messages private.
Reporting and blocking
Every post, comment, member page, and conversation has a menu with Report and Block. A report goes to a real person on the Song House team and is reviewed within 24 hours. What you report is hidden for you right away. Blocking works both ways: you and that member stop seeing each other's posts, comments, and messages. You can also write to info@songhouse.com any time.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to use Song House. Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile, in the app or on the website, and any running membership ends in the same step.
Your work
You own what you post. By posting you give Song House permission to show it to other members inside the community so the community can work. We do not sell your songs, lyrics, or recordings. Songwriting splits and publishing are handled by separate written agreements, never by these terms.
Membership and purchases
Memberships, camps, tickets, and merch are sold on songhouse.com. Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. You can cancel a membership any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is sold inside the app.
The fine print
Song House is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and safe but cannot promise it will never go down. To the extent the law allows, Ward Collective, LLC is not liable for indirect losses from using the community. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell members before it takes effect.
